Políticas de compra

Las compras realizadas requieren de la especificación del número de personas que asistirán a terapia, esto con la intención de asegurar el lugar de las mismas, no se recibirán personas extras sin reservación previa. 

Las cancelaciones de las compras realizadas se deben hacer con 24 horas de anticipación a la cita. De no ser realizada la cancelación y no presentarse a la reservación se tomará como terapia realizada y no se hará ningún reembolso al comprador. 

Después de dos cancelaciones derivadas de la compra realizada, ya no tendrá derecho a reagendar su cita y se perderá el 100% del monto pagado. 

Si se trata de una compra para varias personas y sólo se presenta un porcentaje del grupo, los servicios no utilizados pueden ser requeridos como GIFT CARD para próximas visitas. 

En caso de presentarse con retardo al día de su terapia adquirida, su servicio será recortado al proporcional de tiempo restante de la cita, esto con la finalidad de no afectar los tiempos de reservación de otros clientes. Asimismo los tratamientos serán cobrados en su totalidad, denegando así cualquier tipo de reembolso solicitado por el retraso. 

Los servicios que se compren en calidad de reservación electrónica están sujetos a disponibilidad de agenda física, por lo cual le sugerimos estar en contacto vía telefónica y por correo electrónico con MY EGO SPA, ya que es por estos medios que uno de nuestros asesores confirmará el espacio para su terapia. 

En caso de que el portal en línea le confirme la disponibilidad de su reservación y no exista dicho espacio en agenda, MY EGO SPA le ofrecerá la reservación más próxima a su compra, procurando así el aprovechamiento satisfactorio de la misma. Si una vez tomada su terapia no ha quedado satisfecho con la calidad del servicio, se le dará una compensación para poder mejorar su percepción de nuestros estándares en su próxima visita. Dicha inconformidad será tomada cuenta sólo durante el día de su reservación y no días posteriores al disfrute del servicio. 

Todas las aclaraciones sobre las compras realizadas serán solucionadas y compensadas sólo hasta el día de su reservación, días o meses posteriores a la misma no se realizará ningún tipo de reembolso o compensación. 

En caso de realizar algún tipo de agresión (sexual, física o moral) al personal de MY EGO SPA a lo largo de su visita adquirida, se le negarán todos los servicios reservados sin derecho a reembolso del monto de la compra. Dicha política queda sujeta a testimonio del personal del establecimiento y de ser el caso, a los testigos presenciales del suceso. 

Cada terapeuta está certificado y tiene una agenda asignada por lo cual no será atendido por la misma persona en cada una de sus compras.

Purchase policies

Purchases made require the specification of the number of people who will attend therapy, this with the intention of ensuring the place, no extra people will be received without prior reservation.

Cancellations of purchases must be made 24 hours in advance of the appointment. If the cancellation is not made and the reservation is not presented, it will be taken as therapy made and no refund will be made to the buyer.

After two cancellations from the purchase made, you will no longer have the right to reschedule your appointment and 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited.

If it is a purchase for several people and only a percentage of the group is presented, the unused services may be required as GIFT CARD for future visits.

If you show up late to the day of your acquired therapy, your service will be cut back to proportion of the remaining time of the appointment, this in order not to affect the

reservation of other clients. Likewise, the treatments will be charged in full, denying any type of refund requested for the delay.

The services that are purchased as an electronic reservation are subject to availability of physical agenda, for which we suggest you to be in contact by phone and by email with MY EGO SPA, since it is by these means that one of our advisors will confirm the space for your therapy.

In the event that the online portal confirms the availability of your reservation and there is no such availability on the agenda, MY EGO SPA will offer you the closest reservation to your purchase, trying the satisfactory use of it.

If after taking your therapy there is no satisfied with the quality of the service, you will be given compensation in order to improve your perception of our standards on your next visit. Said disagreement will be taken into account only during the day of your reservation and not days after you enjoy the service.

All clarifications about the purchases made will be resolved and compensated only until the day of your reservation, days or months after it, no type of refund or compensation will be provided.

In case of carrying out any type of aggression (sexual, physical or moral) to the MY EGO SPA staff throughout your visit, all reserved services will be denied without refund

of the purchase amount. This policy is subject to the testimony of the establishment’s staff and if that is the case, to the eyewitnesses of the event.

Each therapist is certified and has an assigned schedule so they will not be attended by the same person in each of your purchases.
